At Clausewitz Toy Soldier Company keeping with the traditional toy soldier look is very important. Retaining the integrity of handcrafted soldiers is more than just a business; it's an art and a part of history that we want to share with others.
 
The small company was first born in Hannibal, MO with a few etchings and some "not so realistic financials" doodled on the back of a place mat in a Chinese resturant. Three months later our first mould arrived and the original shop was created in the corner of our kitchen in Milton Grove, PA. Our creativity "got out of hand" and soon the "little guys" took over, our kitchen was now the small corner and the shop was everywhere.
 
Each piece is individually handcrafted from the pouring of the metal to the finishing touch of the brush stroke. Our little guys aren't just soldiers, they have personalities, character and some attitudes. From the "just crawled in off the battlefield" look to the more extravagant detail of the uniform; Clausewitz Toy Soldier Company takes the care and pride of completing each as an individual. No assembly lines or external contracts, each is hand-cast and painted in Mckee, Kentucky.
